2011-12 OPEN GYM SCHEDULE: 91 Grapevine Road
About Open Gym: Open Gym is a time when non-members and members alike can come to the gym and use the equipment for recreational and training purposes. A coach will be on staff to ensure safety and suggest exercises and drills. The cost is $10 per Open Gym. Important Note: (Please bring a signed registration form/waver (link: .doc) to the gym on your first visit, so that we can keep it on file for liability reasons, and so that we have your family's Phone# incase of an emergency. If you are not taking any other classes through Iron Rail Gymnastics simply put "open gym" in the class field. When you come, remember to sign in and give your $10 to the coach at the Registration Table.)
