Preschool Programs

Class Description: (Ages 3 to 5)
The preschool classes meet one time per week for 45 minutes. We maintain a six to one student/teacher ratio. The program is divided into two separate groups by age. Three year olds constitute one group and the four and give year olds make up the second group. All equipment used in this program is age appropriate and tailor to the size of preschool age children. The children participate in activites that develop strength, flexibility, coordination and listening skills. The use of games, music, balls, hoops and small obstacle courses, in addition to prelimiary skills taught on the gymnastics equipment, creates a unique atmosphere for learning.
