Rules/Policies
Tuition Payments:
Tuition Payments: We offer two methods of payment:
1. Automatic Withdrawal (Register online and save $20 off of the 2009-10 registration fee): Customers sign up for automatic withdrawal and receive discounts as well as payment plans. For Class Programs, customers who are members of our auto withdrawal system have their tuition payments automatically withdrawn the 25th of each month (ex. On Nov. 25th, December's tuition will be drawn). Auto withdrawal customers will be automatically rolled over into the next month (see description below). For Team Programs, customers who are members of our auto withdrawal system have their discounted tuition automatically withdrawn on the 25th of each prior month. Team members must commit to auto withdrawal from September through June. Tuition is 3/4 pricing for the month of December for Thur. Fri. and Sat. classes only. (Karate and Team are full price.)
2. Cash, Check, or One Time Credit Card Charge: For Class Programs,
customers paying through one of these methods must pay the entire tuition at the time of registration. Our fees are based on 4 week months. If a class meets for more than 4 times, you will not be charged extra for that class. However, it may be used as a make-up for a canceled class. For Team Programs, tuition is due in full by the first practice of each month. If payment is not received by the first class of the month, a $5.00 late fee will be charged. Any collection fees involved will be passed on to the parents. A $20.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
The credit card/automatic withdrawal company we use is Money Movers of
America through Jack Rabbit Class. Both companies offer complete security. “Payment is SSL secure, same as ATM machines.” In order to pay by credit card/automatic withdrawal you must sign up in person at the gym, over the phone, or through our website. Credit card information can not be mailed to Iron Rail.
Registration and monthly fees are non-refundable (no exceptions).
Automatic Rollover into next month: All of our Class Program customers will be automatically rolled over into the next month unless we receive written notice three weeks prior to the start of a new month. Auto withdrawal customers will be rolled over and their payment will be withdrawn on the 25th of the prior month. Class program customers paying by cash, check, or one time crdit card, payment is due by the first of the month inorder to reserve your roll over.
Uniforms: Girls must wear one-piece leotards. Boys may wear shorts and T-shirt. Socks should be removed before entering class. Hair must be tied away from the face. No jewelry is allowed in class.
Withdrawals: A space is reserved for your child until mid-June. Parents must give written notice three weeks prior to the beginning of the next month to withdraw a student from the program. Otherwise, parents will be billed for the entire month. A message left on the answering machine, or verbal notice given to an instructor will not be considered written notice. Parents must fill out a withdrawal notice and it can be placed in the payment drop off box at the gym.
Make-ups: No credits or refunds will be given for classes not attended, but a make-up class can be scheduled within the same month (this includes absences due to sickness, vacation, etc.) If a class is cancelled due to weather, students may schedule a makeup in another appropriate class within 2 weeks of the cancellation. Competitive team members and karate students are not eligible for make-ups.
Take a Second Class For just $40: Any child that would like to sign up for a second class (Preschool and Recreation only) can do so for just $40. This discount is only taken when the same child signs up for two separate classes and may not be used for siblings.
Valuables: Valuable items should not be brought to the gym. Iron Rail Gymnastics Academy will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
