This class is designed to help Girls bridge the gap between our Recreational classes and our Competitive Team Program. It is a 60 minute class that meets once a week. Classes emphasize the further development of basic skills, and prioritize strength, flexibility and self-confidence.
Our School Year Programs are available September 2023 through June 2024 at the following times.

All tuition rates are per student. Tuition rates for multiple classes per week cannot be split among multiple students.
